Working closely with Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa (formerly Family Planning), we developed a comprehensive signage family and clinic experience kit for rollout across all SWA clinics nationwide.

The kit gives SWA a practical blueprint and toolkit for revitalising clinic environments across a range of building typologies, improving the visitor experience while aligning every space with the brand's values and tone of voice.

Developed as part of SWA's rebrand from Family Planning, the accompanying Clinic Experience Standard gives implementation partners across Aotearoa clear guidance for refurbishing existing clinics and fitting out new ones, ensuring consistency and quality no matter who delivers the work on the ground.
