Station 205 Industrial Estate

Station 205 is a 2.5-hectare industrial estate at 205 Station Road in Penrose, one of Auckland's most strategically connected commercial locations.

The site has been in the Bates family since 1953, when Arthur Bates purchased bare land to establish his spray-painting business. Over seven decades, the estate grew around that anchor operation. Today, as advances in manufacturing technology have reduced the original business's footprint, the warehouses and yard spaces are being refurbished and reimagined for a new generation of tenants.

We designed the visual identity and site-wide signage for the park, giving Station 205 a cohesive presence that reflects its evolution.
