Project Details

Station 205 is a 2.5-hectare industrial estate at 205 Station Road in Penrose, Auckland — one of the city's most strategically connected commercial locations.

The site has been in the Bates family since 1953, when Arthur Bates purchased bare land to establish his spray-painting business. Over seven decades the estate grew around that anchor operation, and today — with advances in manufacturing technology reducing the original business's footprint — the warehouses and yard spaces have being refurbished and reimagined for a new generation of tenants.

The result is a dynamic, evolving business community offering eleven warehouse and office configurations ranging from 200 to 2,000 square metres, alongside exterior storage yards, ample parking, 24-hour security, and fibre broadband.
